We’re excited to officially announce our eleventh Bowalition fan art contest! This contest, generously funded by our patrons, is a great opportunity for all artistic Otherverse lovers to flex their art muscles and win some awesome prizes!
This iteration of the fan art contest is going to focus exclusively on the Otherverse, which is full swing as Pale charges on alongside our two Doof shows covering it – Pale Reflections and Pale in Comparison! So, unfortunately we won’t be taking any Parahumans or Twig submissions. One day there will be Doof Twig content. But that day has not yet come to pass. For now, only submissions relating to Pale, Pact, Poke, or anything else Otherverse are valid.
The Rules:
1) The theme of this contest is “Siblings.” We’re asking you to create artwork that features this concept, either literally or figuratively in the world of the Otherverse. This is a pretty open theme so feel free to interpret it any way you wish. Go wild, get creative! Just make sure it features some Pale or Pact (or Poke!) characters or setting and uses this theme.
2) The contest begins right now and submissions will be accepted until Friday July 30th at 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time
3) Please submit your artwork to fanart@doofmedia.com and include “Fan Art Contest #11” in your subject header.
4) Please include a title with your entry and what name you would like to be displayed under. Additionally, please include which Otherverse story your entry relates to.
5) Only one submission per artist!
6) Please submit your artwork in high resolution.
The Contest:
Once all submissions are received, we will send screenshots of each image as well as a user poll out to all Doof! Patrons, who get an opportunity to vote on their favorite artwork. The one with the most votes wins! The voting will be patron-only, so if you’d like to participate in selecting the winner, consider donating a dollar a month to support Pale Reflections, Pale in Comparison, and all the Doof! Media Podcasts!
The Prize:
The winner of the contest will receive a $100 USD cash prize! And the runner-up will receive a $25 prize as well!
