Hey everyone! It’s September, which means it’s Reuben’s turn to choose the Game Club game! Ever intent on convincing Elliot that Roguelikes are good, he’s chosen one of his all time favourites, Crypt of the NecroDancer! This rhythm based roguelike by Brace Yourself Games exploded onto the scene in 2014, and was such a success it even got an official Legend of Zelda spinoff! That’s gotta convince Elliot… right? As the official summary says:
Crypt of the NecroDancer is a hardcore roguelike rhythm game. Can you survive this deadly dungeon of dance, slay the NecroDancer, and recapture your still beating heart? Or will you be a slave to the rhythm for all eternity?
